I eat frequently at this very well-located (and French-owned) restaurant, and have only once been disappointed (with a special of the day that was non-French). My advice is to stick to the French classics and one cannot go wrong. The Chateaubriand is superb, as are the chips/fries that come with it; portions tend more to American quanities, it must be said. The green salad selection is likewise excellent, with delicious dressings, and desserts such as chocolate mousse or creme brulee can only be recommended. There is also a good selection of wines, offered at reasonable prices. In terms of ambience, it's more of a formal place, but versatile enough for business or family lunches (there is a children's menu). Pricewise it's not cheap, but for the quality on offer, one can not expect this. Definitely recommended.
