Pro's:
- Great beds, pillows, blankets: clean!
- Good and clean showers: hot water and loads of it!
- Breakfast included, a couple of options and yummie as well.
- Movieroom: awesome!
- Large and very beautiful communal area, great for meeting people.
- Staff & owner are really friendly!

Con's:
- Seems to attract a partycrowd for the majority of the guests. Medium age about 20, average daily promille of about 3. And by daily I mean breakfast, lunch, dinner, nighttime. Aka, constantly. This means it can get noisy. When I woke up in my dorm in the morning, I could have gotten drunk off the fumes that were circulating there alone. Ofcourse that is not the hostal's fault, they can't really help the crowd they attract. They do try to keep it to a minimum by taking the drunks along with them to a different hostal of theirs a 5 minute walk away.
- 1 receptionist wasn't exactly truthfull with his information which bothered me... A tuktuk to the Buddhapark through them was supposedly 'the cheapest you'd find' whereas in 5 minutes, you can get a tuktuk for half the price on the streets. Same thing for the Vietnam visa, 'cheapest you'd find' but in reality, you could get your visum for 6 dollars less per person in Vang Vieng. Not a huge difference but when you're on a budget, a dollar is a dollar :) We always double check things so that's fine but not everyone does that and I do expect the reception of the hostal I'm staying in to give me correct information, even though they are selling things.

Other than that, definitely would still recommend this place. If I were to go back to Vientiane, I would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you're a woman, stay in the all-girls-dorm. I would think this would reduce your chances of drunks stumbling into your room at whichever time of night, puking in your dorm, alcoholfumes to wake up to in general.

This hostel has the best welcome you could ever ask for as a backpacker :) it's clean tidy and so much fun. Easily the best I've stayed in. The swing idea is an awesome idea if I must say so myself :) deffo a must see, the movie room is the best place for a hangover to which is cool.

I have been to Vientiane a few times now, and until I stayed here I have always hated it. I had such a good time just hanging out at the hostel, meeting people, staff (Stevo and Rob are great) new friends and so on that I am already wanting to go back (have to wait a few months, very sad)

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(((Hammock swing/chair needed in the lobby area)))!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only does every room have a different theme, but the whole place is covered in art. Massive wall art. The boss man is a pro photographer and invited people in to do art all over the hostel. It was like living in the art section of Jatujak weekend market, Bangkok Thailand.
Oh and on the last day there we all played Volleyball in the back (on site volleyball sand pit). Great place, great people. great fun, cant wait o go back.

Room Tip: Stayed in a dorm, 8 beds a room, ac and fan. hot water showers. Quiet chill area.

trendy, nice staff & good for meet people. i stayed 1 night at private room, it is quite small & looked like a jail honest speaking. it has no fan, no mosquito net, when i opened the window some men sat here, it was quite hot & totally can't stay in room before 12am, besides, quite noise downstairs & can't sleeping. if you want to have private & good sleep, pls don't choose this GH. i think meet people, find journey partner is a good place but no private room. dorm pls
