Also complimentary water in the room been top up once. Apart form that the hotel and front office service is good. Location close to everything in walking distance.

It's located at the hipper part of town - in Nam Phu you can access amenities like money changers, transport providers and international eating houses. So pretty convenient and practical f you like to sight see as you can get to attractions like the riverside park, the Presidential Palace, or the Patuxai building by foot. I also wanted to see the Pha Tat Luang festival and this hotel's location offered me just a five minutes walk to Wat Si Muang temple where monks congregate on the morning of the festival.

During my stay there were some construction going on next door so some noise during day time. But convenient for me as a Muslim since there was a mosque just next door behind the construction site!

The room is small but this OK as I was in Vientiane solo everything appears relatively new. Bed was comfortable and toilet sparkling clean. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and tooth brush - you only get shower gel here along with hand soap. Wifi connectivity was pretty wide and stable.

Food was alright - the plan I signed up for didn't come with free breakfast. The food was a buffet offering local food along with some bread and cereals to cater for international taste buds. I preferred to have dinner outside at the Mix restaurant next door.

Service from staff was outstanding. The front desk officer helped me retrieve some expensive luggage I had absent-mindedly left them in the mini van that brought me there. She helped out with the phone calls and managed to locate and contact the driver who later swung by the hotel to return my stuff - what a lifesaver!

Best thing about the hotel is its location! Perfect for exploring the city, we did not have to take one tuk-tuk! Loads of places to eat and drink nearby, as well as the major sights. We walked everywhere and hired a bicycle for 1 day.

It is pricey, but the rooms are big, modern and clean. The showers are amazing and the beds huge.

Only downside was the manager seemingly telling off staff at reception for over 15 minutes in front of everyone! And the reception staff have very little local knowledge so look elsewhere if you want recommendations etc. We asked if a local waterpark was open and they said yes but it seemingly wasn't even there anymore!!

This is a brand new hotel located just in the center of the city. It is walking distance to many cafes and bakery around the area. There is also a fountain nearby and there is a band performing every night. The rooms were really clean and we were all very happy with it. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We came in a big group for a wedding and we needed our clothes to be ironed. However, there was no iron and ironing board available in the room. When I asked for an iron, they mentioned that there is no portable iron and can only be done in the laundry area. We have 16 pieces of clothing altogether and the receptionist managed to push our clothes to be ironed first (needed it the next morning at 6am) which we were all very grateful for. It was also complimentary. Choices for breakfast was minimal but it was tasty. Hotel's Wifi was fast and overall, it was a really good stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is a fairly new hotel located at the heart of the city. It is within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions such as the famed Patuxai,Talat Sao morning market, restaurants coffee places, bakery, massages. It is also literally a stone's throw away from the night market right across the road. What more could we possibly ask for ?

Though a a tad small for our room is clean and adequate with all the basic necessities and a strong shower. A shower cap and some basic items like shampoo and sanitary bag would be good.

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff at the reception speaks enough English for us to communicate and enquire about the places to eat and book a cab. As this is a frill-less hotel, no tipping is required as there is no porter to help you with your luggages to begin with. Housekeeping service was prompt. The extra pillows which we requested for came in literally split seconds.

We opted for a non-breakfast room as we wanted to explore the local breakfast places. So, can't comment on the food quality.

The coffee sachets provided in the room have all expired but this is a small problem. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: It's best to get a room on the other side of the hotel instead of the ones facing the main road...

Brand new hotel in a very good location. Room 401 has a low frequency whining sound coming probably from the ventilating motors on the roof. We were moved immediately to another room when we complained. The breakfast spread is good.

While the staff were friendly, they lacked familiarity with the town. Most of them seem to be from Burma or Thailand with no local knowledge. Do not ask them for directions to places other than what's around the neighbourhood. We did see candidates getting interviewed in the café so may be with more locals in the team knowledge of the city will improve. There should be options for pillows. The ones in the room were too high. Also there were flies in the café. The place needs a few insect killer lamps.

Room Tip: Avoid the top floor, especially 401 as there tends to be AC unit noise
