The restaurant is centrally located and almost always full. It is true it could do with some refurbishing. The pizzas were good but the chocolate mousse was extra ordinary with very dark chocolate and obviously home made

We came here based on the good reviews we saw on Trip Advisor and because our first choice was closed. The ambiance is clearly lacking. The place is looking very run down and needs a good paint job, new tables, table clothes, chairs, and some design elements.

The one thing that does not need fixing is the pizza oven. The brick fired pizza was really delicious and the price was reasonable for the area. In addition to our pizza we ordered a carafe of wine. They did not have our first choice available, so we went with the other red wine available in carafes, it was OK for the price. We also ordered a caprese salad. The portion was quite big and the tomatoes were really fresh. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was more basil. One sprig wasn't quite enough for me.

The real drawback to this place is something that might not bother most costumers, but it made us really uncomfortable. At the beginning of the meal, there was a young Western man that was quite upset with one of the staff. He was making a bit of a scene and after a few minutes, we realized it wasn't a costumer but one of the owners/managers. Soon, two more owners/managers came in and sat at a table all together which was quickly filled with food and drinks. This table was just one table away from ours. We then realized all the owners had small satchels with wads of cash and the waitstaff had to bring every check to them directly. There appeared to be no cash register. Then, they would take out their huge wad, count the money, and then organize it right there for all to see.

I understand for many customers this may not bother you, and all the power to you if that's the case. But for us we were really put off by their behavior and lack of social tact not just for how they counted the money in front of all the costumers, but also the way they micromanaged their staff like they were incompetent.

So, despite the delicious food, I can only give them an average rating.

Had a nice pepperoni pizza and Tiger beer for under 10 bucks. Tasy, well made pizza with lots of topping, The guy doing the pizza new his stuff, and was a kick to watch. A favorite restaurant for expats because of the value, and consistant quality. The staff serving were a delight, with a good sense of humor and good command of english. A pleasant evening of talking wth local westerners living here (for some interesting insights into the region) and eating a nice meal. What could be better when travelling? An excellent hostel ,DD, is next door, so really convenient to this yummy restaurant!

It's an excellent hangout in the center of Vientianne. Their speciality are Western food, especially 'Pizza's'. Reasonable priced.

Excellent food here, including a home made chocolate mousse. I didn't have the pizza but it was recommended to me. It is more expensive than some other places but if you want good food it worth a visit
