We stayed in a loft on the 5th floor which was spacious and very clean. If you have trouble walking, definitely choose a room on a lower level as you may find it tiring walking up all those stairs, especially with the hot weather.
Minor things- the shower doesn't have a door or curtain so the floor gets very wet. Also had a leaky tap and problems with a light, which were fixed by the time we came back. The microwave plug was the wrong fit for their own socket which was odd. We had our own adaptor so it was ok.
Internet is ok for checking emails, surfing the net. When I needed to download anything, even small sized files, it took an age. Perhaps it's just where I was located in the hotel ?
Staff were relatively friendly and helped as much as they could- some were better at english than others but we always made sure we double checked everything.
The location was perfect especially as it was during Boat Festival and the festival is literally on your doorstep.
I'd stay here again.
