“Arguably the best pizza in Vientiane, although it is still a bit commercial.”

Interesting pizza flavours so there will surely be one there to tempt you. There is also a good selection of healthy salads. Restaurant is very clean, service was friendly, everything was freshly made.

Very nice iced coffee, chocolate and tea.
The pastries on display looked delicious but haven't tried them yet.

This is a long running establishment that has moved farther up the street from where it was originally at. Now it's out of the main tourist strip which can be a bit of a chore to get to. Unfortunately the new location is kind of bad at a noisy dirty junction with lots of traffic. The staff also seemed kind of slow and disinterested. This is not at all the smiling personable staff that are usually in cafes like this. The tables also seemed to be a bit dirty looking when we sat down.

The pizza menu here is huge though and has all manner of combinations. There looked to be at least 50 different varieties you could get here from classic thin crust, calzones, to strange "Mexican" combinations. We chose the pan style pizza with supreme toppings which had pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, and onions. The crust was soft and flavorful, the cheese good, and the toppings were great. It was so good that we took the leftover portion back on the plane to Bangkok. The price is a pretty good value at around 50,000-70,000 kip depending on the pizza. The pan was definitely worth every kip and was quite large.

We also had the spaghetti bolognese which was unfortunately nowhere near as good as the pizza since the spaghetti was overcooked and not properly drained which resulted in a watery layer in the dish. The sauce was OK but more like supermarket jar bolognese sauce with meat added. We also had a piece of cake there with stiff frosting which had a lard like aftertaste it was also not moist and tasted old. The cake fell far short of the standards set by other bakeries in Vientiane.

All in all this place is a great value if you want an interesting and tasty pizza but the bakery and attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Sandwiches are big and the ingredients are fresh. Pizza's are average, although they do have a lot of variety. Why I'm giving them an average rating is the coffees and baked good are fairly poor. Much better at Joma

The pizzas are just ok. A lot of effort seems to have gone into creating lots of weird and wonderful combinations, but many of the classics are just not available. The ingredients could do with being a little fresher too.
