Let me begin with the savory section- brilliant. For a start the bread isn't laced with sugar and you can count on all the ingredients from home INCLUDING SALAMI!!! The sweets are good, I'd recommend the carrot cake and oatmeal cookies if you are feeling glutinous. Then there's the coffee, it makes a change to have a decent SKIM milk cappuccino after 6 weeks of sweet condensed milk coffees (not that I didn't enjoy those babies too!!). Definitely a must go to for breakfast, lunch and all things snack related. Watch out for the granola, fruit and yoghurt though, the immense amount of Greek yoghurt was a little intense...

I love Joma because they do home/office delivery, which has turned out to be a lifesaver on many an occasion. They mainly do coffee, pastries and sandwiches, but in an emergency situation they have been known to deliver rain ponchos too (not joking). It's like the Starbucks of Laos, only much better and friendlier than Starbucks. The service is nothing short of amazing! If I could change anything, it would be revamping the menu a bit, as it's been more or less the same for years now, and it's getting a bit... hmmm, boring. Especially their salads are disappointing - way too small to fill you up on their own and I'd love to see more variety ('create your own' would be the best!). Anyway, thumbs up for Joma!

Great coffee and ambience in Vientiane. The Cafe was just around the corner from our hotel. Although we did not try any food it did look delicious.

A good place for coffee and breakfast. Especially good when your stomach is needing something more familiar. I've also been to this mini chain (5 shops) in Luang Prabang. Not se Asia prices but still cheap by western standards.

We enjoyed a latte in Jona café- the setting was pleasant and the scones we ordered were freshly made and delicious.
