I can't say this is the most interesting place to visit in Bishkek but I went there on a sunny Sunday and I loved it !!

There's a variety of rides (both kiddie and more adult ones), bumper rides, shooting galleries, cafes, concession and toy stands, and a Ferris wheel (which looks and sounds like it's about to give out, but hasn't yet).
The daytime is more for kids and night for adults, and though I've never had a security issue, do be weary of your surroundings.

This place was like a wonderland to me when I was a kid, and when I was working nearby as an adult, it was a nice place to reminisce and clear my head.

This park has taken quite a beating and has seen little repair in the last 20 years, the staff could be nicer, and the restrooms could be a lot cleaner, but if you want to take your kids or date out for some fun, then Panfilova is definitely an option to look into.

This park is located next to Spartak Stadium. It is one of the favourite spot for kids activities other than Ala Too Square

There is a series of parks in this area with some grand buildings at the edge and lots of statues, plus the fairgrounds for younger children.
It was fairly busy with local families as we wandered through so it is good for both people watching and soaking in this lovely park area.

Went there once in the day and once at night on a Friday. This park has lots of rides just like a mini amusement park. In the day, the place was quite deserted. Most rides also seems to be closed. However, the place comes to live at night, with lots of locals coming with their kids for a fun nightout. We did not try any of the rides as they do look abit old and rugged. There are also a few restaurants around the park. Worth a visit if you want to try out some of the rides or just want to see where locals go for a family nightout.
