This park memorializes a Kyrgyz hero, General Panfilov. The park is a pleasant place to stroll through, with many flowers surrounding the General's statue.

A place where mostly young people and pupils meet, got older attractions like karusells or gravitation ships for amusement, if this is the intention you go there. Nice area in a big forest, see also on google the form of the ways which show a pentagram with a watergame in the center. For those who like this kind of style, perfect. I do not like it.

A good park with benches and shade to escape the sun in summer. Drinks and ice cream vendors and lots of rides and attractions for kids. Not sure it'd be too pleasant in winter though. Not to be confused with panfilov in Almaty Kazakhstan... which has a park of the same name with a beautiful coloured wooden cathedral in it. There is no cathedral here... trust me.. i spent an hour looking for it!!

In the heat of the day this is a pleasant place to stroll. The statue of Panfilov is impressive. I also enjoyed the White House (Kyrgyzstan Parliament) which borders the park. There are park rides for younger children, a bit rusty but still working.

If you only heared about Soviet Union, Soviet times etc, go and have a walk arround the Panfilov Park and feel a litlle bit of air and taste of that epoque.
It's an interesting park with old style attractions, not too big, but enough to spend some time with your family and children.
There are all kind of attractions for all the ages and you can make some photos with popular cartoon heroes as well as with Kyrghiz girl and boy moulages, horses etc.
