The city has some familiar brands such as Radisson, Rixos and Ramada but prices are extremely high. This hotel offered a more transparent pricing policy and the product was in line more or less with the price paid. It is in the centre of the new city so in walking distance to all new offices and life there. The room was nice and breakfast was acceptable. They are currently building an extension with more rooms next door so business must be good. They do though have two strong competitors opening soon with Park Inn and Hilton Garden Inn hopefully offering more value within the branded hotels

I like this hotel and recommend it for short stay in Astana, correctly price for 4* hotel in Astana even better with corporate rate; good location within walking distance to Khan Shatyr and other shopping centers.
The room is nice, spacious, clean, good facility incl. free wifi - not the best quality but all working well.
Staffs speak english and very attentive.

The rate is fair, for 150€ you will get a 50m² room with a bath-, living- and bed room.
Everything in the hotel is made in China, no problem in theory, but consider if you're reading this review after 2013.
The only television is in the living-room and very far from your bed but close enough for the remote control.
You have a kettle but no cups nor spoons, you have tea bags but no coffee.
The bed is Ok, the bathroom is equipped with a plastic shower cabin which was a bit leaking.
The staff is a bit rude and don't speak english (except the girls from the feception who were very helpful and speaking sufficient english)
There is a big fitness area equipped with very low cost machines making noise and rather unstable (bike machine).
The breakfast is very poor and there are only a few tables, so you have to share your table with other guests.
At the bar of the lobby, you have a very limited choice of beers while on the menu the list is impressive.

Room Tip: works in progress on the right side of the building, beware if you intend to sleep late

If you want an anonymous western chain hotel then this is not the place for you! If you want a bit of character but retaining modern essentials such as free wifi and a gym then it just could be. As previous reviewers have said, you get a nice large room which is immaculately clean and the staff are really friend, and helpful.

A couple of small gripes though. I did not like having to pay for my week's stay on arrival at 2 am after a long and tiring flight! This approach gives the impression that the management believes that guests are going to disappear without paying at some stage during their stay. The hotel is a little gloomy in terms of decor for my taste but this is perhaps more a question of taste. The location is good for the airport but not so good for seeing parts of Astana particular when the particularly cold weather means you do not want to venture too far from the hotel in the evening to eat. The restaurant is ok but I think the breakfast could be improved and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would also be an improvement.

However these are minor. Overall the hotel is a pleasant place to stay and good value in relation to Astana's other hotels.

You get a huge, clean, comfortable Western style hotel room, free fast Wifi, free parking, good restaurant, and great service at a cheaper rate than the international brand hotels.

I think that makes it a good deal.

Brand new hotel with very nice staff. Hotel is very clean, nice spacious rooms with all new furniture. Breakfast was full and good, everybody very polite and nice. In the lobby a nice cafe, where you can order meals from the restaurant as well. Good spot - on the road to the airport. Generally very positive feelings, the price is also ok for such hotel class. Good and fast wifi! Can recommend to business travellers.
