About 6000 tenge gets you into three pools, sauna, locker area, showers, and plastic slippers (uncomfortable)etc. Another 400 tenge gets you a comfortable white thick robe. Another 5250 tenge gets you a massage--classic or aromatherapy (very professionally done in a wonderfully quiet and pleasant enviroment. Massage and robe are optional. I was there on a Monday so there was plenty of space; however, like all beaches, this enclosed one probably gets pretty busy on the weekend.
Wave action, a waterfall and water slide added to the enjoyment. One lifeguard watched over all three pools---a real challenge to say the least but none seem deep enough for diving and there is no equipment for such. A vollyball net and other play equipment are present along with lots of comfortable seating space.
A bar/restaurant can provide pizza, burgers, and beer. I wouldn't bet on the rest of the menu items being available. The arrangement allows you sit poolside or at least in view of the pools.
Wireless has been available; however, it was not the day I was present which was frustrating. As darkness comes, interesting interior lights come on.
It was a special occasion for me so it was great and especially given how cold it is here for so long. I wished the pools were a tiny bit warmer but for most people, the temperature was probably perfect. Just the experience of swimming in the big tent at Khan Shatyr is reason enough to go.
