Great hotel. Would have stayed longer but they were booked. Only downside is the lack of an elevator. Great room vibe and robust air conditioning. In room safe, modern shower and excellent variety of room lighting.

There are many places you can stay at in Phnom Pen. We followed a recommendation and were positively impressed by this very central located hotel. This is for sure a good place to stay at with good value for the money.

Reception/Welcome; we got a very warm welcome, easy to check in, the staff speaks English. All you would expect

Facility/Location/Ambience; the hotel has been situated centrally (walking distance to the Royal Palace). The appearance and décor is modern and nice (appears to be renovated lately, pleasant atmosphere). In spite it is situated on a busy road, it gets quiet enough to sleep at night (ask for a room to the backside).

Room; all there you need(!); we had a large enough room with more than enough space for our two big bags, comfortable single bed (mattress are hard ;-), ac worked perfectly (is remains warm at night), enough power plugs, a spacious bathroom, warm/cold water provided (bathtub), TV (intern. channels) safe, water on the room

Restaurant/Food; We had breakfast included (have a selection of American breakfast, Toast, Bred, Eggs, fruits). You can easily book without breakfast as here is a coffee shop just round the corner serving a fantastic variety of coffees, croissants etc.

Service/Language; you can easily interact with the staff. They help where they can.

Ideal location to stay, just away from pub streets hustle but very close by to access.
Staff are very helpful. Hotel has no lifts and you will need to lug your suitcases up a long flight of stairs as this is the old fashioned building with lots of stairs to reach each floor. Value for money though. Would recommend it if you intend to pay pub Street a visit every day.

We stayed at this hotel for 2nights. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in which was helpful. Glad we got a low floor level as there is no lift, only stairs. We got put in a room with no window to the outside but only to the hallway which was not useful as the curtains remained closed the entire stay so people couldn’t see us in the room. The bed was incredibly hard which left our backs being sore after the first night. Front desk were helpful and there tuk tuk driver out the front was very nice and took us around for a day seeing the attractions. For the price we payed, the facilities were lacking but the location was good. Would consider staying again but would look around for something which can offer better value for money though first.

First impression: very friendly staff, always smiling. Good atmosphere & nice room was good. The breakfast was superb: you have to fill in a form. You even get good cappuccino if you want.

The room was clean good size. Unfortunately the balcony floor was very dirty; bird droppings. We stayed here 3 nights, on the 2nd day when we arrived at our room around 6pm we noticed they didn’t clean the room. When making notice the only thing they said was that the room-cleaning service left at 4pm and offered us clean towels.

I know it’s not the most exclusive hotel in PP but we pay for a clean room, every day. So I think they acted irresponsibly. Too bad.

The location is perfect; 10 min walk to the royal palace. Taxi for a day is $30; stops at S21 & the killing fields.

Tip: Get a taxi so you are free to stay as long as you want at the killing fields and S21. Organised busses sometimes limit you to 1hr per venue for example & the price is the same.

Overall: Price / quality an average hotel. This is what you can expect for this price. I would recommend it to friends & family.
