Really enjoyed being at Sora and Iza lovely gem in Phnom Penh hidden in plain sight. Great views especially sunset and see the city come alive below. Food was great and the service noo notch. Worth a visit when in Phnom Penh
You come to this bar for the view and we were happy to buy drinks and food during our time. On arrival there were signs no professional cameras so our bags were taken off us and given chips which state their not liable! Great make us feel relaxed not! The staff were friendly and nice just didn't like the fact the staff walked off with our credit card with not explanation and then realised it had pin!
I understand that you don't want people coming in taking photos and leaving with out buying anything but there should be a balance.
Vattanac group is one of the strongest groups in Cambodia .This group owns Business Parks,Villas,Bank which works all 7 days etc.Vattanac building is one of the most popular buildings in City Center of Phnom Penh .This building is tallest in City Center .This building has a five star Hotel and shopping complex as well .This is one of the must see buildings in Phnom.Penh
Came Sora Sky Bar three times to support. Brought friends here. Had a great time. But now they changed their policies to not let anyone wearing sandals in, where majority of people here in this beautiful country wear sandals.
Very classist place with the obvious intention to discriminate based on socio-economic levels to reject locals and backpackers who are just looking to enjoy a new place with a nice view.
Don’t even bother coming here.
Go to Eclipse or another sky bar where you won’t have to feel dehumanized and subjected to blatant class discrimination
Potentially worth a visit if high end malls are your thing - certainly in Cambodia they are a rarity. The building itself is nothing particularly special, located near the Canadia Tower and the Phnom Penh Railway Station. One of the few places in this country where you'll see a high concentration of expensive vehicles.
New and modern big and clean. Interesting architecture and some restaurants with edible food so all in all not too bad.
