The room was pretty average. 4 flights of stairs up was a bit of a mission to go up and down each time. Quite noisy. The floor was pretty dirty and quite a few bugs kept getting in the room. Was very over priced for what it was but the staff and food was good.

I was staying at a different hotel in Phnom Penh but stumbled across this place looking for breakfast. Their $1 omelette was fantastic! So good, we went back the next morning as well. Good coffee, great staff... definitely recommend for breakfast.

This place is in a good location - 15 min from the Night Market and 10 min from Riverfront.
We had a room on a higher floor. There's no elevator, so if you are not physically fit - think twice (narrow stairs - not recommended with heavy luggage). Don't expect much from the room - it is basic. Tv wasn't working, but we didn't have any intention to use it anyway. AC working fine, and good water pressure for the shower. Very small sink - the water pressure there is not good.
There is a mini-fridge if you need to cool your drinks.
Old bed sheets and mattress.
They have a restaurant downstairs, and they can also help you organize your tours.

Room tip: We went for a higher floor for less noise. The room was non smoking - which was a big plus.

Apparently from other reviews this was not a pleasant place to stay. However, I'v been here for several nights and am now renting a room for the next month or 2. Great location (dt area with a nice cheap-ish Khmer restaurant next door), friendly staff, and no construction nearby. -Ryan
