A gorgeous boutique hotel, modern with chic design. We stayed for 3 nights and had a huge comfortable bed, big bathroom, great shower, fridge, safe and my favourite....a dressing room / closet.
The staff were excellent. So helpful and extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was delicious and I would thoroughly recommend the scrambled egg on panini with chilli jam! Good coffee too which was a pleasant surprise!
Great location as it's opposite the Royal Palace and the National Museum is just around the corner. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

Everything from the welcome we received, to the help in planning our next trip was top notch. We spend three nights in this wonderful little place hidden down 246 street round the corner from the Royal Palace.

We booked through a website and got a great deal but I would have been happy paying the full price. The staff are very friendly and look after all of your needs. They really made us feel at home in the confusing hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh.

The rooms are spacious and clean, we stayed in a deluxe double. The bathrooms are big and you have everything from toothpaste to a bathrobe and slippers provided.

Breakfast is also excellent, I recommend the cheese and ham omelette! There is a clean small pool too but we didn't have time to use it.

All in all it was a great place to stay and we are going to book here again on our way back across Cambodia to Vietnam!!

Thank you H Hotel!!!!

What a great discovery this was. The position is perfect, on a quiet street, street-food stalls opposite and a minutes walk from the palace. The design is incredible, cool and classy. The beds are big and the bathrooms spacious and beautifully designed. Great breakfasts too. But really the staff make a hotel, and the staff here are so sweet, patient and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The pool is small and more decorative than practical. What a hotel, if only every hotel could be as good as this...

Room Tip: Room 101 has proximity to the pool and bar but still a good room nonetheless...

We stayed for one night while passing through pp and totally wished we could stay longer! The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We were upgraded to a suite and it was huge. Great design, the bathroom is incredible and the attention to detail is obvious. The staff were very helpful and kind. Best hotel stay in Cambodia!

This brand new hotel is everything you wish for in a hotel in the heart of a capital city. The service is outstanding, the rooms top of the bill, and the breakfast is truly delightfull! I strongly recommend other travellers to book this hotel when passing Phnom Penh for a fews days. We were lucky to get an free upgrade to a suite but the we also saw the other rooms and they looked stunning! Enjoy!

My girlfriend and I found this hotel online at a discounted rate, looking for a cheap place to stay. It looked mid-range, we were several days into our Cambodian adventure, so we thought we'd stay in a nicer place than we had been.
This hotel went above and beyond all of our expectations.
It's a small, new hotel, so they pay excellent attention to their guests. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh tea and a tour of the hotel and through our room. The hotel is very open air with a sharp, black and white design concept. Looks very modern.
The infinity pool is quite small, but we didn't swim so who cares?
The room is incredible. We were upgraded to a ground level suite, free of charge. It was a huge comfy bed, walk-in closet, great bathroom with a HUGE waterfall shower, and an outdoor private bathtub. The room was the cleanest I've had anywhere in Asia (including Singapore). We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

But what really makes this hotel stand out is the excellent service. Anytime we'd leave, the staff would ask us if we needed to look at a map or get help going wherever. When we returned, they'd always ask where we went, how it was, and just make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, fancy, and INCLUDED in the price. Later, we had a couple of drinks at the bar (expensive for Cambodia, but cheap for everywhere else), and they were fantastic. The bartenders were very friendly and precise. Then, they granted us early check out, helped us book an overnight bus to Vietnam, let us keep our luggage there ALL DAY after checkout so that we could tour the city and not have it all with us; then, we returned that night to wait for our bus, and they let us get back into our same room we checked out of 10 hours before, and shower!

The service and staff here really sets this hotel apart. I'm an American studying in Singapore and occasionally doing cheap cheap travelling through SE Asia. With the super comfortabilty and the superb staff, this is my favorite hotel in the world. In a country that has a habit of making tourists feel only like money-making machines for the local economy, this staff really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and to have genuine conversation with us.

I hope we can return one day!
