We were very disappointed on arrivel, the pool is tiny 23 feetX 17feet, bedroom door doesnt lock properly, toilet blocks and takes 20 mins between flushes, service very average, no warm greeting.Breakfast average, stale bread today for toasting not nice french bread.Had to ask for loo paper and soap both days. we booked two twin rooms back in march and arrived to find one twin and and double, meant my 15 yr old son had to share with his mother, He not so pleased re this arrangement. Overall dissappointing and would not recommend.

Room Tip: not next to the road

The rooms are spartan yet clean, but the staff is super friendly. The pool and bar/restaurant are also a nice escape after the chaos of the city. The location is top-notch. Good wifi as well.
I'd say the hotel is beter categorized as a nice hostel than hotel, but still served us well.

This is a 3 star hotel unless you have a room on the ground floor, in which case it is 2 star, ie just one star above a hostel. A good, basic hotel in a good location, but I definitely thought it would be better based on the reviews and the four stars.

The staff also booked me on an onward boat tour using Mekong Tours that turned out to be a scam. Paid for fast boat, but it was a slow boat and did not reach the destinations intended, so I ended up taking a very long bus ride (6 hours). Once I left the city all are independent operators and can't help with refunds or complaints. Hotel got a commission but probably had no clue about the service they sell. Do your own research and don't expect good advice on the ground. It is not a concierge. It is a desk clerk making a few extra bucks.

I arrived at the hotel at 230pm to check in but have to wait for 15mins as was not ready yet. Gave us a welcome drink. Felt disappointed after stepping in as was not the same in photos. Rooms are small. Single beds can only fit children, adults might fall off in the middle of sleep. Not much space to walk about inside. Breakfast with only less than 10 food choices. Can get a better hotel with that pricing. I will not recommend this hotel unless you are solo.

Room Tip: More ideal for couples. Get a double bed type rooms.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in November. Lovely service, great cocktails and the pool is a lovely oasis. Like that all the balconies have chill out couches and day beds too. Breakfast was pretty good for the included price. This place has a really nice vibe.

Room Tip: We didn't see the bigger rooms as we had a standard. It was fine but looks out to the shared bal...

Staff were very helpful and the rooms were a decent size with good en suite shower, room safe and DVD player if you fancy a night in. Franco, the manager, was incredibly friendly and really made the place. They also support a really worthwhile charity (Sisha) and if you're travelling in Cambodia, it's nice to have the option to support a good cause on the way. The food was fine. A little bit of noise in the hotel room from the pool area downstairs and street below, but nothing a good pair of ear plugs couldn't deal with at nighttime (same as most hotels in the centre of busy cities). Happy to recommend this place.

Great little spot for a cultural fix with loads of street food, vendors and emerging shops. TRUNKH around the corner is a real 'find'. Cool hotel, upper floor best for view and privacy. Only downside was a rather knobbly bed!
