an absolute discovery - i am a regular visitor to phnom penh and was extremely impressed by sandros. the quality of the food, the style of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff makes for me now a must-visit when in cambodia. i also had the chance to meet the owners who could not be more charming, passionate and friendly. don't miss it when in phom penh.

“Very good sandwiches but a little pricey”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 29, 2014

We had two sandwiches here:
- Spicy salami, rocket, pecorino and red pepper sauce on panino
- Cooked ham (was meant to be smoked but they had run out) rocket, smoked scamorza, red onion paste on ciabatta
Both sandwiches were fantastic, with fresh crispy bread and quality ingredients. They are priced at around $7-$7.50 each which we think is a little too high. Would be better value at around $5-$6.

“Vibrant place for panini and other interesting food combinations in a friendly atmosphere!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

I have been eating at this place twice since my arrival in PP (but I will certainly come back again!) and loved their panini, which are made with fresh ingredients and the best cold cuts/cheeses available in town. I can't understand how reviewers can complain about the quality of the ingredients or portions' size (have you seen the pictures and ...The price too seems absolutely reasonable and I think this guys are doing an amazing job with this place.

“a food lover's treasure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2014

This is a cozy, fun, relaxing and inviting place that I actually went to every day while I was visiting Phnom Penh. The staff are friendly and well trained and the owners are welcoming, and extremely passionate about food. One can tell they opened this place to share their love of Italian food. Although I typically prefer to have a light panini for lunch, I very much enjoyed the pasta salad which could not be more fresh with a watermelon, pineapple, ginger juice that was refreshing and delicious. One of the other reasons why I had to keep coming back was the " Chocolate Spoon" which is probably one of the best treats I could ask for a rich dark chocolate surprise, I was in heaven. I can't wait to go back.
