Was introduced to this nice little restaurant serving Hong Kong style Dim Sum last night. The ambience is nice. The staff friendly and attentive. The food is good and value for money. It is located next to the Central Market on the east side. Thank you Mr Ong for your recommendation!

Fantastic chinese cuisine at its finest.Next to the central market.

They have a big menu and many different dim sums noodles everything homemade by a talented chef.

Best dim sum in town.

Their tea is also very good.

The restaurant in the second floor of a corner building overlooking the Central Market has a slight fast-food-joint feel to it. Formica tables, no tablecloths, paper napkins. It is not where you want to linger and enjoy a romantic evening. Service is very attentive, food comes out quickly. The dishes are the standards, sweet and sour pork had an excellent taste, yet the small pieces of meat were unrecognizable. The spicy beef with green beans was good, the vegetables with the right crunchiness. Many Chinese tourists, so the food is probably authentic.

My wife and I came by dim sum emperors for lunch today. We ordered a selection of dim sum and dishes off the normal menu (9 dishes in total); the bill came to under $40 including drinks, very reasonable by my book.

The steamed prawn dumplings and crab dumplings were delicious, and the xiao long bao were a stand-out. The little foil trays they came sitting in looked a bit unusual, but taste-wise were great - full of a delicious juice, just the way they should be.

Service was attentive and quick, while remaining unobtrusive.

My wife normally isn't too impressed with chinese food, but after today's lunch, she admitted that everything was delicious.

Only slight downside is the very limited parking options outside, but considering the location probably can't be helped.

Definitely worth another visit or three to sample the other menu options that had looked tempting (we ordered a bit too much as it was).

Stopped by after Chuck Norris Dim Sum was locked up and for sale and glad we did..The service was fantastic and the food was great. The prices were a little high for what we thought they should be in Cambodia. If looking for some great Dim Sum give Dim Sum Emperors a try, if you get the quality and service we did you wont be disappointed and will leave fat and happy..
