Staff are really helpful and friendly. Pool on the roof a real oasis with amazing views, perfect place to cool off after sightseeing. Food great, breakfast buffet a little limited but can order freshly cooked eggs to supplement. However, as a single traveller my room was tiny, couldn’t get around my suitcase once open, no views, no balcony. Having glimpsed other rooms, the difference between single and double here is huge, pay the extra. I suggest rms 1,3,6,7 on higher floors.

Excellent location, staff and rooftop bar/pool area. This is how it is done. We stayed here two nights, and have to commend the attentiveness and service level of the staff.Well done, and we will be back

Breakfast and dinner, and a few hours poolside after sightseeing make this place remarkable. It's well located in an interesting area that keeps the noise out although it's very well located. Staff are outstanding, and the extras, like products for sale in the lobby by NGO groups, and an art exhibition throughout the hotel by David Holliday during our stay, are interesting and provocative. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Wifi very good.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our standard room was smallish but clean, well furnished and had everything we needed including a very nice shower. There is a great pool and 3 levels of open bar/restaurant on the rooftop with great views of the city and nice breezes. Service was perfect from everyone at the front desk, to the wait staff in the restaurant to the bellman and the cleaning staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is also great and within walking distance of many attractions or short PassApp or tuktuk ride. And the alley outside the door is filled with some great restaurants. And the price was pretty reasonable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody coming to the city.
