Great hotel in very convenient central location. Sink away into a little tropical paradise in the heart of a busy city after a day or three exploring the sights. Friendly service, attractive looking hotel which I'm sure you will enjoy.

Wow, having stayed in quite a few hotels in this price bracket in Phnom Penh, this one blows them all out of the water. Reviewers that complain about the noise obviously don't know that Phnom Penh and Cambodia in general are noisy, and smelly. This is a developing country and standards are not as you might expect in other places.
The Patio however, has excellent service and cleanliness of a level that is very seldom found in this country in this price range. The rooftop pool and bar have fantastic views and a relaxed feel. A real haven away from the chaotic streets below. As a single woman I felt very safe and relaxed too. Also in a good area.
Extraordinarily good for Cambodia, well done. Would definitely return.

I was very disappointed upon arrival to find myself with a room that didn't look like the photo. It was small and not terribly inviting. The staff was nice, until I got FOOD POISONING from their room service restaurant. They caused me to stay an additional day because I was too sick to move from the bed. Then when I asked for a discount, they said it wasn't their fault, and they would only discount the actual food that made me sick. If you are not at fault, why comp my food? I can't believe I was treated this way as a guest at their hotel. And to top it off, the food was not very tasty. I had a Cambodian friend try to speak with the manager, and he became very angry and frustrated with their lack of concern and customer service. I will never stay their again!

Unfortunately the photos online make the rooms look much bigger than they are and this was annoying for us as we're on our honeymoon and wanted a nice space to relax in after getting our tourist on all day. The front counter people were really dismissive and quite rude BUT the rooftop pool, deck, sitting areas are lovely and the bar staff were friendly. The bar menu is tasty too. The bedroom and hallways stink of toilet but its just the lemon/lime air freshener they have placed everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this to honeymooners...fine if you're just after something comfortable.

Room Tip: The photos online look much better than in person.

Stayed here for one night on the way to siem reap. It was a great spot to have a bit of respite in between 2 long bus rides. Spectacular views from the rooftop. Construction going on next door but this stopped at night. Good staff.

Arrived in phnom penh after getting a flight from bangkok and was super tired and wasnt sure what this hotel was going to be like as we weaved passed many run down looking hotels on the way from the airport.. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, we checked in and was instantly upgraded to a deluxe room, we were escorted up to our room and was overwhelmed by how gorgeous and large the room was... the hotel is a new build so the room was spotless, large beds, safe, mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle, all you could ask for! Then we ventured in the lift to the top floors where we found the stunning, clean, modern restaurant. The menu was not vast but everything we tried was of a very high standard. Now leaving the best till last. If you stay here you will of found a gem! The lounge and pool area is perfect!! The infinity pool is incredible! !! As good, if not better then any pictures on here!! My only slight negative with this hotel at the moment, is the construction work that starts very early jn the morning that you would struggle to sleep through. So I'd advice getting an earlier night so that it doesn't matter being woken up a little early. General nights sleep though has been great! ! Overall a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend! :)

We stayed here for 2 nights and quite enjoyed it.
( + )
1. The rooftop pool and bar with an amazing view.
2. Great amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, and many others were provided).
3. Spacious room.
4. The room has a refreshing scent.
5. Refreshing drinks during check-in time.
6. Happy Hour (buy 1 drink, get 1 free) at 17.00.

( - )
1. Late pick-up at the airport (we had to wait for more than 1 hour).
2. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
3. The room is rather simple and lack of character.
