A new very elegant and refined place in Phnom Penh.
This café-restaurant run by a French lady is set in the open air in a wonderful garden (but an air-con room is also available). The food is home-made and creative, with many refreshing dishes (cold soups, quiches, salads, etc), hearty specials and old-fashioned deserts (try the compote!). Prices are very reasonable. Few other places downtown offer such unassuming quality in a quiet garden; I work in Phnom Penh and have become a regular customer.
One caveat though: the place is only open for breakfast and lunch, not dinner.
Careful too with the confusing house number: #190 is located the at the South end of Pasteur street, next to UNDP and Boeung Keng Kong (BKK) market.
The restaurant is combined with a stylish boutique selling home linen and design articles.
