We were made very welcome on arrival after our long journey. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and had all the basic necessities, including a hair dryer in the room which i wasn't expecting. The service was amazing and the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Tuk tuks were always ready outside to take you anywhere and we also found the drivers very knowledgeable about the city. The food in the restaurant was great and there was lots of variety to choose from. Staying at the tea house enhanced our stay in Cambodia. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at TeaHouse Hotel. We were given a welcome drink and our bags were taken by the bellboys. The food in the restaurant was very nice but service was extremely slow. We weren't rushing so this wasn't really a problem. Breakfast was included and was a really good buffet. When we had to leave early we were given a packed breakfast. We had a massage in the spa which was more expensive than you would pay out of the hotel but was very good. The room was beautiful and very quiet.

friendly helpful staff.
large room with good size bathroom, lots of hot water and most important AIRCON
Included breakfast which was good and plenty of choice, we also ate lunch and dinner here a couple of times again good choice and food good.
Tuk tuks available outside entrance and there is a list of prices for local sightseeing, we went with Bora No4 and he was excellent
we both had aromatherapy massages which were very intense but very good - recommend this if like us you have been off and on planes for 2 weeks
would definitely choose this hotel again in fact my sister is going there in a few weeks time

Stayed here for 4 nights, lovely spacious clean rooms, bathroom has big shower with lots of water. Lovely buffet breakfast, and very helpful staff. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to walk, about a 10 min walk to Royal Palace or take a tuk tuk for US $2.00. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little oasis in the city, and is close enough to the main tourist area and attractions. The rooms are good, and the breakfast is really nice. The staff are fabulous and couldn't be more helpful. I stupidly left my iPod in the safe and left for Siem Reap. I contacted the hotel and the staff put it on the next bus so that I could collect it in Siem Reap - talk about great service, it's a 7 hour bus journey and the bus station was a good 15 minute drive from Tea house hotel.
Also had an aromatherapy massage at the spa in the hotel, and it's the best I've ever had.

3rd or 4th (i don't remember) time that I come to this hotel. Staff helpfull, smiling, such thing is very important. Breakfast more than adequate, great & big room. I will come with pleasure. Only a bit pity, the pooll is in construction, but i am sure next time when i come back the pool is bigger.

Great place to relax in bustling city, immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet and helpful staff. Although with best efforts, help with onward travel isn't brilliant but they definitely tried. Pool currently being renovated which will only improve the hotel. Works did not affect our stay in anyway. Definitely recommended.
