Very clean comfortable hotel. Lobby nice and stylish. Felt very safe and secure in the hotel ( single woman with young child ). Breakfast was good and varied. The pool is small but who goes to Phnom Penh to lie around the pool? Good for a dip after a hot hectic day. Went to the spa twice and recommend the full leg massage especially after a long plane trip. Front desk staff very helpful and eager to ensure you are quickly and efficiently helped. There is however differing levels of English so I would suggest confirming the reservations made are correct and that your room number is correct. There were some mix ups with what room had bus reservations etc.
Generally quiet area but we did hear a rather obnoxious dog in the early early morning, but the dogs seem to be ever present in Cambodia. Rooms are sparse and my only negative comment would be the lack of shelf space in the bathroom and lack of storage space in the rooms. Other than that I would recommend the hotel.
Tip: Take a business card with the hotel address in Khymer as it is a new hotel and some tuk tuk drivers had trouble finding it. As we stayed there five nights we got good and directing the drivers but could be a problem.More
