We visited La Rose during April 2014. Stayed 2 nights with the complimentary spa package. Deserves the Boutique title. It may seem far in a map to Riverside but it's close to independent monument on Norodom Blvd so I can't complain about the location. The rooms even have a nice massage bed so u can have spa at the comfort of your room. Very quiet rooms except when it rains you can hear. Gladly recommend to anyone. Paid about US110 per night.

From outside the Hotel looks rather inconspicuous as it is on the main road. However once you enter – it all changes. It is a lovely boutique hotel with a lot of little surprises. Staff are super friendly, lovely décor, nice food. The Manager Many is a very attentive gentleman – who remembers your name every time he addresses you. Nice rooms with lots of nice little touches like flowers, fruit basket etc. What is different is lots of attention to little details.

Highly recommend it. Will come back again.

This was the best value for money I have had in years. The staff are very well trained, super friendly, and seem to really like their jobs. This showed in the service. They knew my name, anticipated my needs, and went out of their way to be helpful.

My room had all the appointments of a hotel costing 5 times the money. Breakfast was included too.

I had a great time and found myself giving extra tips to everyone. The value was outstanding. Well done.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean with the most hospitable staff and absolutely loved this place and its charm, can not wait to come back as it's the perfect solution to relax and escape after a few hours outside, especially to enjoy the best Spa and Khmer food at this place. Rooms are gigantic in size and magnanimous in design, tasteful and naturalistic decoration. Highly recommended.

Cambodia has plenty of luxury options but La Rose Boutique Hotel & Spa is a quintessential example of a real pure luxury of relaxation and the best we encountered during our whole SEA trip. Luxurious, authentic and very comfortable place. The staff was incredibly friendly and the GM made sure each guest was taken care of and every time they saw us asking for genuine feedback to ensure we were truly happy with our accommodation. It's a heaven on earth.

The rooms are great, large bathrooms and very quiet. Manny the Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable and all the members of staff are friendly and great fun. The food and wine in the restaurant are very good. Travelling to and from the hotel by Tuk Tuk is simple as there are always Tuk Tuks available and the Hotel is on a main road (Norodom Boulevard) near a well known temple, Wat Thann, that most Tuk Tuk drivers seem to know. I will stay here again on future trips and have recommended it to my friends.

The staff is great, breakfast is good, lattes were excellent, tuk tuks always available, and the rooms are nice and quiet. The shower is huge with a door that opens inward so you don't get water all over the floor. The separate tub was great 'cause we washed a lot of our clothes and hung them to dry in the tub. But what do travelers really want? Outlets -- and La Rose delivers! We were able to keep our cameras, iPods, iPads and Kindles charged the entire stay. Thanks La Rose!

My 80 year-old mother handled the two flights of stairs easily, if a bit slowly. Note that there's no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you may want to look elsewhere.
