Great food and cheap booze lots of specials on drink and food, Ozzy sausages cooked on the BBQ out the front are rather tasty and they have a large selection of Aussie beef and local beef, the menu has a great selection of Western food and Khmer food, including gourmet Pies and Sausage rolls
Staff are all nice and friendly and Pete and Bob are too nice old blokes, they are setting up a branch of Ulysees motorcycle club in Phnom Penh

Happened to walk into their opening night, so free booze and food may sway my comments!
Run by two good blokes from Oz, this place offers decent pub grub and booze and is staffed by some of the nicest and friendly staff in PP. early days yet, but the owners, Peter and Bob, seem to have lots of plans including regular live music etc. I wish them well

Recently opened on Street 108, Boomerang Bar & Restaurant, a welcomed addition to the Phnom Penh bar scene. With the addition of chef specials and great grilled items, the food stands out in the crowd of regular bar fare. Everything from breakfast to a good burger to pastas and Khmer favorites. They even include a nod to their Aussie roots with items like meat pies and sausage rolls. The night I went they had live music provided by a guitar player/ vocalist providing a nice sophisticated and mellow atmosphere. A great place to chill out after the Night Market or anytime. I had a cheeseburger that I enjoyed and they even made me a really good chocolate shake. The shake is not on the menu. My Khmer friend had the Tom Yung Gang and she found it quite tasty.
If you are near Street 108, you need to stop by.
