“Pleasantly surprised”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

We were taken here by our guide and left for lunch. Expecting overpriced westernised sanitised food, we were pleasantly surprised with what materialised. Spicy chicken with string beans was fantastic, while the yellow curry with chicken lost marks only for being a bit bland. For dessert, the mango with sticky rice was exquisite. Prices are reasonable. With three Beer Lao and a coffee, it came to $25 including tax. The restaurant itself is beautifully appointed, with luxurious washrooms, and the staff are attentive and charming. Very happy that we were taken there.

“Great food!”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

This restaurant has been open two months. The accommodated food allergies very well and the food was outstanding. We had a variety if dishes for our group of nine...from spaghetti with meatballs to ginger chicken to seafood soup to crispy noodle salad to ginger chicken to tenderloin steak. The food was not too heavy or saucy and the environment was lovely. The servers are still working on their English but they aim to please and the prices were reasonable if on the high side for Cambodia. We all enjoyed the restaurant a great deal and would recommend it. Good wine list too. And, good for our 12 & 15 year old kids as well.

“When all you need is a quick lunch”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

Needing a quick lunch with only one day in Phnom Penh, our guide took us here. Obviously where others go, as we met a German family whom we had met in Sihanoukville 2 days earlier! My family of 4 chose Set B Menu at US$13 each. We finished with the seasonal fruits. The lovely decor promises more than the food, but it was OK. The Tom Yum soup with seafood was actually very good and the service was friendly and quick (although only 3 tables were full).

“Simple and nice food”
Reviewed December 26, 2012

Our guide recommended this restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was clean but too modern. But definitely the food is really good, specially the cocunut chicken soup very light and tasty. I also ordered a chicken curry and some vegetables which tasted like thai and chinese. I really recommend this restaurant as the food is a safe bet and to help the foundation.
