“muppet show on historical stories”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

I like arts and especially living arts. SP present some shows with big shadow muppets. Well, the story is complicated to follow as always in this traditional stories (unless you are used to memorise all the names of the characters involved ... or buddhist since childhood). But you can feel the magic of art, and this is great !

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

The night we went there were drums and monkey dance instead of puppets and it was fantastic - the drumming was varied and the dancing impressive with lots of humour.

“Well worth the visit...”
Reviewed April 27, 2013

It was wonderful to see the interest being taken by the younger generation in preserving the traditional arts of Cambodia. My 11-year-old was enthralled by the dancing/drama. The music was the best i'd heard while in Cambodia. A treat and a must. Take some mosquito repellant along to ensure your enjoyment!

“Interesting and enjoyable performance”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

There was not puppet performance on the night I visited. Instead they performed drums and monkey dance. But this was interesting too. Performers as monkeys mixed with audience and they made very good imitation of the behavior of monkeys. Drum performance was a traditional one with some modern elements added. Good show.

“Love the drumming show”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

This little treasure is not too hard to find if a tuk tuk or moto driver is diligent. Street 99 is parallel to Monivong and not far past Rock Nightclub (can't miss that) on the right.
The performers are talented and enthusiastic and create a wonderful atmosphere. Had us all entranced. It's a quaint performance space however they may need to shift soon. Catch it while you can.
