Stayed a night, comfortable beds and nice room. Got a corner room at the back of the 2nd floor. Bathroom looked classy with an interesting stone tub. Anticipated the sewage stench from other reviews prior to our visit, and was not disappointed lol! Bearable somewhat, needs getting used to. If you can't tolerate, guess can ask the staff for more scented oil for the burner provided.

Bathroom has translucent doors, so great for couples but not so great for friends :p esp since the beds were facing the bathroom!

Liked the hotel exterior decor, made it seem a world away from PP. Breakfast was boring, ala-carte with about just four choices but it was fine. Or you could just choose to dine at one of the many eating places available along the riverfront. Good location.

Stayed here for two nights and was very pleased. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, and English was relatively well spoken. The value was good, 40 usd a night for twin beds, rooms being quite large, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and sufficiently sized. However, the included coffee was awful - way to sweet and muddy. This was solved by ordering americano or other proper coffee variations for an additional dollar. The hotel is situated close to the river with walking distance to some of the main attractions - royal palace, central market, riverfront. Definately saw better neighbourhoods in Pnom Penh, but did not feel unsafe when walking home to the hotel at night.

Have just returned from a 2 night stay here and have nothing but great things to say about this Hotel. Upon arrival we were given a refresing drink and cold towel whilst we waited to be checked in. The staff were friendly and polite and extremely helpful. The room was large and spotless, we had a balcony which overlooked the bustling street, which was great to sit outside and watch the world go by. The bathroom was very interesting - the stone bath took some getting used to but once you did it was fab. The only issue we had was the smell of drain coming from the bathroom.

The location of this hotel is perfect to explore Phnom Penh on foot it's right by the riverfront and close to all the bars and restaurants. However if you want to explore further afield you will have no problem getting a tuk tuk from anywhere.

Absolutely loved the hotel and loved Phnom Penh.

I just stayed 1 night here on the way to airport. lovely room albeit without windows ( it was the last one )- good if u want to sleep in, but side street is not too busy otherwise.

really comfy firm bed and good air con.

there is no lift and those with mobility problems might find it slightly tricky. included breakfast was nondescript. staff pleasant and helpful.

only downside losing the 4th star was a slight smell of drains coming from the bathroom.

This hotel was chosen from a website the day we arrived in PP. I loved the contemporary decor including the bathroom. We stayed in a room which opened onto a balcony. Worth paying the extra $7 for this. It also had a massive stone bath for those who love a soak.We fell in love with PP and extended our stay, unfortunately we had to move into a much smaller room without balcony,or bath. Which I would not recommend for a couple as very small with the bed pushed against the wall.
The staff very friendly and polite but appeared very young and lacked some service skills. Maybe they are in training?

Very modern little hotel. On arrival we were given orange juice and a cold towel and told to take a seat while they checked us in. Lovely. Our room didnt have a window but wasnt a major issue. Very clean, spacious room. We did have a funny smelling drain but we asked for a candle and they were much obliging to give us one. Air con was very powerful, if you leave it on your room becomes and ice cube. Breakfast was quite limited choice, especially for a veggie but was nice. Great location, literally a few mintues walk from the riverfront!

Perfect location - close to the river and bars and restaurants and walking distance of the night market, but up a quiet side street. The rooms are nice, large and fairly bright, and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well as did the hot water. Breakfast was basic but fine for me. The people who work here are fabulous - those working the front desk speak excellent English and were really helpful. They made a couple of phone calls for me that fixed a potential problem. I fully expected to pay for those calls, but there was no charge.

So why not 5 stars? The only downside to this hotel is that there is no elevator and that 3rd floor is a long way up.

Room Tip: If you don't like stairs, ask for 1st floor.
