We live in Phnom Penh and are regulars diners at Viva. The restaurant is situated on the riverfront and the food is cheap and tasty and the frozen cocktails are a draw card for us. There is a wide and varied menu of both Mexican and Asian dishes to choose from - all at very reasonable prices. My only complaint would be lack of atmosphere. The restaurant can be noisy with other diners- some latin music playing would give some ambiance.

Stopped in after passing by one night. Good salsa and margaritas. The fish tacos were great, staff friendly. Outside seating area good for watching trucks pass by. Good food considering the location.

This place is pretty good! he flavours of the meat are realy good. I would recommend the shredded chicken as the shredded beef was a little tough for me (but i generally don't like meat that's too tough) though it wasn't a big deal for my partner. He also preferred the chicken, great flavour and tender. Or the bean tostada was also nice!

Ate here after seeing the mention in the Lonely Planet. Didn't expect anything amazing but it was GOOD :)
Nachos were pretty good, fajitas were really good even though there was only two wraps there was still plenty left after and the quesadillas were also filling with actual chunks of chicken.
We ate early, approx 5pm, so was really quiet but would happily go there again and recommend to friends. It's was also that quiet that the waiters even had time to brush up on their english skills using their books which was nice to see.

I have just been at Viva, a nice simple tourist place but with very nice food and really affordable. Me and my friend tried all the main specialties: Quesadillas, Tacos and Burritos and they were all very tasty and for drink 2 Frozen Margaritas very up with Tequila! The service is fast and friendly and some nice Mexican music and some sombreros somewhere would have definitively given a nice touch and my 5 star to this nice warm place.
