Myself and Friends had an evening dinner here last week, had been told the food was good, but expensive.
The restaurant is well decorated, with ample seating. No outside seating available, but a nice view of the Tonle Sap River across the street, Sisowath Quay, which is very busy at night!
The menu is interesting; many different selections for fish and chips. We had the mussles and calamari for starters and then each of us had a different fish and chips selection.
All the food was tasty, but the fish and chips were a bit on the oily side. Loved the mussles.
Had a nice bottle of White Wine from Chile.
Overall, the restaurant is a bit pricey for Phnom Penh, the food tasty, but average, the wine good but a little expensive.
Doubtful, if I will eat there again.
