Would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were ultra friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. We were greeted with a cocktail - nice touch. The room was very clean, pool lovely and cool - after suffering the heat!. Food was ample and well presented. Speaking from the value for money perspective you couldnt go past this hotel.

We arrived here after we'd been staying in a modern clean hotel in Kuala Lumpur - it was like going back in time by 30 years! It's not a BAD hotel per se - but, a bit like Phnom Pehn, it was rough around the edges, nobody could speak English and getting things done was just a bit of a chore.

The room was okay - bit small and dark but comfortable. The bathroom wasn't brilliant, but ok.

Breakfast was pretty nice. The pool was lovely and always really really quiet which was great for us.

The staff were ok, but exchanges were usually awkward.

It's a bit of a distance from the city centre/river as well.

ps. Phnom Penh is AMAZING!

We were only in Phnom Penh for 3 nights. Hotel was in wrong location to easily walk to market or lovely restaurants and bars down on the water front. Hotel restaurant food very disappointing and there was no choice in the neighboring streets. Room was adequate and Pool area seemed nice, although did not use. Would not recommend. Need to stay near the river when in this City which was a long Tuk Tuk ride away.

Great room & impeccable service with affordable price. I did not expect that I would get a very good service and room with the rate I paid for. The quality of your hotel is over and beyond the price you sell, Juliana. Very imppressed! I enjoyed your BQQ Buffet very much :-)

Room Tip: Ask them for new Superior or Deluxe Rooms.

The hotel is in a little back alley, which makes it very quit. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was okay. The pool was very nice, with palmtrees around. But the poolbar was a joke. A transfer service would have been nice.
