The hotel located near the city, so it was convenient and also it was not so far from the airport.
The clerk speaks fluent English and he was very kind.

There was a big beautiful wide pool.
I was so relaxed spending in this hotel that I didn't want to go out of it.

The breakfast I ate in the morning was also delicious.
I heard that the infraction in Phnum Penh was not so good though, this hotel’s quality was higher than I expected.

I would like to stay here when I visit Phnum Penh again.

We were in Phnom Penh recently and stayed at this Hotel. The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The property is very clean. We would not hesitate to stay again.
Good value for the price.

Room Tip: Any room. We were on 11th floor and it was quiet.

I was satisfied with my stay in intercontinental Hotel in the capital of Cambodia. Nice room but a bit smaller than other InterContinental hotels, very nice outdoor swimming pool on the top of the building and the food are very tasty... I enjoyed my time and had the nice memories there... :)

Very comfortable, and great service. They offer a free shuttle to the Russian market and city centre. A short tuk-tuk ride or a somewhat lengthy walk to Tuol Sleng, if that interests you. I will happily stay here again.

The last shuttle is well-timed for dinner at the Foreign Correspondents' Club, if THAT interests you (western food, expat crowd, nice atmosphere).

Room Tip: Buy the Ambassador membership and get upgraded to a Club room. Worth it, particularly for business t...

Have just spent 2 nights at the Intercontinental Phnom Penh. The staff are are extremely accommodating. The club lounge provides a fantastic view of the city, and the food, both breakfast and lunch was very good. Shame wireless Internet access isn't available in the rooms, which were clean and tidy.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Food and service were great. Club floor gives you the best view of the city. Even better if your a smoker as a good part of the floor is screened off for that purpose.

The Intercontinental in Phnom Penh is a comfortable hotel which is also well located .Its on the main Mao Tse Tung Boulevard. It has spacious rooms and suites including an executive floor. Its well reccomended for conferences so at any given time you are likley to run into hordes of conference particpants.
The check in and out are fairly smooth as is the staff courtesy. In fact the Cambodian staff are a welcome change from the stern outlook of the international staff as they have the elementary softness and smile to cover their relative lack of experience.
The breaskfast at the Regency cafe is satisfactory without being sumpptious. Good Khmer varieties too but the challenge is to get a white only egg omlette!!

If you want a good rooom look for a higher floor and ask for rooms facing out wards to the front rather than the back where the view is over rooftops only.
The Chinese restaraunt there is a real treat and a hidden gem.

Room Tip: If you want a good rooom look for a higher floor and ask for rooms facing out wards to the front rat...
