“great playground”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

we go here often. its really safe, lots of different apparatus for kids to play on (although no adults are allowed on the bouncey train and the guard will quickly let you know if you do try to break the rules!). It's brutally hot in the day but come evening it's a lovely place to take kids.

“Great playground for kids”
Reviewed May 15, 2013

Big with lots of different areas the kids can run around and explore. We loving going here in the evening for a little pre-bedtime play. Lots of locals to chat with and kids to play with. Perfect fun for kids!

“Great Playground for Kids”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

We recently traveled to Cambodia and were looking for something that our 5 year old would enjoy. This playground is really fantastic with many different play structures that seem new and/or well-kept. Be aware that in the evening this park gets very busy with local families and is somewhat crowded. If your child has anxiety in groups or trouble interacting, early evening hours are not a good time to go. The only draw back for us was that there are really no shade trees, so for travelers who have time to go during the day, it is extremely hot.

“Bring Kids to Giant, Safe Playground in City Square Area”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

With 7 playground structures, my kids didn't even have time to use all of the play areas in the hour we spent here. I appreciate the fenced playground with 2 entrances as it keeps out loiterers and instills a sense of safety in letting your kids around. While it appears less than 10 years old the place has only 2 large trees so shade is very scarce and the sun can get quite hot. There are 2 portable toilets in the play area and 4 outside in the square.

An adjacent snack store has about 15 tables on the patio next to the play area allowing for casual drinks while watching your kids play. It might be a restaurant at night, in the morning only convenience store. The playground is part of a larger city square about 4 city blocks long by 1 city block. In it are the Vietnam & Cambodia Monument. Nearby is the Supreme Court and many other govt./temple buildings. Mekong Restaurant is nearby at Street 3, No. 88. Look for this area near the river.

Overall, this site provides rare, clean, safe, and extensive grounds to walk and play around. Not much grass though.

“A peace place near other attractive points!”
Reviewed September 14, 2012

Wat BotomVatey pagoda is a nice and peaceful place that I can walk over to the Silver pagoda and the riverside especially to any of those bars/cafè along the river. When I go there with my family, they were all like it especially the kids.
