These 3 words sum up our experience at this lovely hotel - the same 3 words can't be applied to much else in Phnom Penh.
As others have said, this is a small boutique hotel with different themes in each of the rooms (which are really more apartments than rooms).
Our apartment had a kitchen, enormous living area, separate bedroom and separate bathroom with the toilet and shower in separate areas to the main vanity and mirrors. So yes - it's spacious.
There is a wonderful restaurant and bar upstairs on the top floor with great views over the area; which also has a lovely cool breeze that blows through to keep you refreshed while you enjoy breakfast or cocktails in the evening.
The surrounding neighbourhood is really popular with Western tourists, which is clearly reflected in the number of sleazy bars, lady boys, hookers and low-rent redneck Western men chasing them down. If you have an innocent mind you may not even notice them...they know their targets and conservative travellers are not it. So don't let this comment put you off what is otherwise a wonderful place to stay.
Phnom Penh is sleazy - this hotel isn't...it's wonderful.
Only downside - no pool or gym. It could do with one or both of these...
