“Wine stop”
Reviewed June 3, 2013 via mobile

New Zealand Sauvignon $15 a bottle. Better wine choice and better price than those places on river front. Didn't eat here but liked the vibe.

“Cheap Happy Hour”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

We were staying at The Kabiki Hotel on Street 264 and went back with our Phnom Penh friends for a drink on our last night; great location - endless movement of people... we had two glasses of wine (average) and 4 beers for USD10 during happy hour; $1 for Angkor beer in a can and $3 for glass of wine... people watching = free!

“Cute wine bar on the corner”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

Cute wine bar in Cambodia. In a little section of Phnom Penh that feels a bit soho-ish. Good atmosphere, good drinks. A little expensive for Cambodia, but if you are in the mood for something a little less "local" it's a nice spot to try.

“Overpriced but Fun”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

Rubies is nice chill bar that manages to pack in crowd on the weekends. It's a fun atmosphere with good decor and music. I feel the prices are a bit high for what it is though and feel that it's really not that much of a wine bar - more just a bar.

“Nice corner bar”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

We stopped and had a couple of drinks here. Although it is called a wine bar they have a full compliment of spirits and mixed drinks. We were there early but I think it get's to rocking later on. I think it is owned by a couple of ex-pats. There are a couple of restaurants just a couple of doors down which is convenient. Nice bar in a nice part of town.
