We were most satisfied with our recent stay at the White Mansion. The entrance is most grandiose. The spiral staircase leading to the first floor could waft a Southern Belle named Scarlett O'Hara into your imagination...
The staff were most helpful and keen to offer advice. Such courteous people.
Our rooms tall ceiling on the first floor overlooked the main street from a large balcony. The room safe was the largest I've encountered and I only wish I had more wealth to protect!
Niggly negative - if you twist my arm? The toilet in the shower/wash room - I've got used to having a separate access - so to keep the atmosphere sweet for us both!!
I would not hesitate to recommend this majestic Mansion.

Firstly thanks to all of you Tripadvisor reviewers, i wouldn't have found this stunning hotel without you. Set on trendy Street 240 this boutique hotel is set in the former US ambassadors residence and what a fabulous job the owner has made of turning it into a hotel. The rooms are enormous with comfortable beds, a day bed, flat screen tv, iPhone docking station , a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and a large balcony perfect for whiling away an hour overlooking the city. The pool ,secluded and fringed by palms has comfy wooden loungers and is great for relaxing after a days sightseeing. The spa offers fantastic value for money with an hours massage from as little as $12USD, my husband said it was the best massage he has had for years and he has tried many!. For me the little touches make this hotel outstanding, the handmade cookies delivered to your room in the afternoon, the beds turned down and your water replenished in the evening, the cooked to order breakfasts and most of all the friendly , helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic value for money, will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel with warm and friendly service. Trustworthy and helpful staff. Would just have preferred to have a gym at the site.

Would recommend this hotel to all those visiting Phnom Penh

Friendly helpful staff who even helped us organise transport from Kampot to Siem Reap days after we had checked out. The rooms are elegant, huge, & very comfortable. There is a good little cafe, a tad expensive but very convenient. The pool is clean & cool. This gorgeous little hotel is perfectly located to explore Phnom Penh - and provided everything we could have asked for really. Highly recommended.

This place was worth every penny of the few it actually cost. I'd highly recommend staying there. It is the old US Embassy. Very clean, very nice staff. The spa was great and really good prices considering the setting. The rooms were spacious and you get complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. It's very french in design and operation...you'll love it I'm sure.

The restaurant attached is also great. We had some great breakfast and dinner there. Very much worth it.
