This beautiful boutique hotel is in an elegant colonial building, beautifully restored and modernized. It truly is a quiet haven away from the bustle of this busy city. My husband, daughter and I were on the ground floor in the room closest to the lobby and yet, once we closed our door, we couldn't hear a sound from outside, despite being on a busy street. Although being walking distance to the Royal Palace and great waterfront restaurants and bars, it's not an easy walk because the sidewalks are filled with parked cars, tuk tuks, mopeds, construction and it's very difficult to get across those wide boulevards. We realized it was much more fun to pay $3 and get a tuk tuk home each night after dinner. The staff here are really friendly and warm. We appreciated the cold face towels and fresh watermelon drink on arrival and our 9 year old daughter loved her welcome gift. Our room was spacious and modern with complimentary water and soft drinks. Bathroom had a shower and dual wash basins. We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast in the lovely decor of the attached cafe where guests can order what they want off the menu - omelets, muesli, croissants etc. The cappuccino is one of the best I've had anywhere! We called in to the cafe after returning from dinner each evening so our daughter could enjoy some delicious icecream/gelato. The pool area is beautiful too. If we return to Phnom Penh, we will definitely stay at White Mansions again. Thank you to the proprietor and lovely staff.

We are a group of 11 Singaporeans who stayed at the White Mansion from 14June to 17June, and it was a really great stay! We had experienced very good service from the staff and the breakfast spread was fantastic! Definitely recommended :)

The moment we step in the hotel, the feeling is was OMG! greet by a friendly staff and the lobby is spacious and cozy. Breakfast is western & asian style and there is no time frame, you can have the breakfast at 12pm or 4pm or 12am which is really a thoughful arrangement.
We tried the hotel Spa is a disappointment to us.
During our check out, our luggage misplace/took by mistake. It was a relieved when the hotel staff personally go to the Airport to retrieve our luggage. Although is a little hassle but hotel staff is very responsible to solve our missing luggage.

Lovely plush hotel located very close to all there is to see at Phnom Pen but far enough to keep you away from the noise and chaos of the city. We stayed at the Junior suite – a very large room, clean bathroom, a long table to plug in your laptop , and 2 large windows which look out onto the streets. The bathroom, though not overly big was clean and sufficient. The staff at White Mansion were very helpful and accommodating with all my requests. We exchanged quite a few emails before I reached Cambodia and they were patient enough to answer all my queries and even change my reservation at the last moment without any penalty. A 24 hour swimming pool is a nice touch and welcome respite from the heat of Phnom Penh and the breakfast spread is pretty good too. We walked to the riverside on both evenings and the millions of little cafes and bars are another great way to wind down after some horror stories from the Genocide museum and Killing fields

Stylish, minimalist rooms. Great atmosphere. Returned a night travelling back through Phnom Penh because we like it very much. Relaxing by the pool great - after being out in the heat! Very helpful staff!
