After my BF had stayed in the hotel two years ago just after it had opened he wanted to go back there (assuming that it was still fabulous).
Yep, the price is fantastic, so is the interior design of the lobby and the second and third floor decks where you can relax in lounge chairs, beach chairs or the jacuzzi. However, the rooms have not been looked after very well since the opening. Our bathroom had mold all over the place, the door required some muscle strength to lock and unlock it and there were cracks and abrasions all over the walls.
Service and the food they serve is very nice though. The location is great as well, near the riverfront and close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Given the state of the hotel we would not go back.

This hotel is great and we stayed for 2 weeks. On arrival our room was small with no fridge and we asked reception about moving. The next morning they moved us to a bigger room and also gave us a fridge. We were so well looked after, everything we asked was done and the staff are awesome. The whole hotel is spotless!
Thanks Lia and your amazing staff for everything you did for us

Not that cheap but their private room is awesome. With cable tv, nice bathroom, comfy beds, good ac, etc. Perfect place to stay after a busy stroll in the city. Friendly staff and nice bar with lounge.

First day arrival given a high floor room as requested and got it at the end of the corridor, which is near the laundry, which at night you can even hear the washing machine spinning. At night 3 hrs without water from the tap. Have to wait without shower. The flush was broken and water keep flowing from it. At night was the best where you can hear the sound of music that's make your day. Only when day breaks, staff talking so loud along the corridor disturb my sleep. Extended for another 2 nights. The pool area on the third floor was always full of tourist. Location was good and easy access. Restaurant food was great. I will come back and stay there again for my next visit.

Well let me first start by saying the room was nice, the hotel was nice the rooftop pool is really nice, but the bad points were as followed... The flush was broken from the 1st night even though the guy tried to fix it, the air con froze (due to lack of servicing) and the room was not cleaned in 2 days (not a big problem just a point). The tuk tuk drivers outside are relentless but the location is good enough!

This is a very professional and modern hotel which I think is at the top end of the budget selection. It is nicely furnished throughout and even has a very small pool area on the third floor which is nice if you want a break from the standard city touristy things and just take some sun. I ate here a few times during my stay and although not the cheapest the food was good. It's in a great location a short walk from the nice riverside area which is good for nice restaurants and also very close to the impressive Royal Palace. I would stay here again if I ever return to Phnom Penh.

We spent only one night there but we won't be going back anytime soon! The beds were too hard, the bathroom was moldy and not so clean, the jacuzzi was cold, and the was even no white ball in the pool table!!! In other words you can definitely find better for the same price.
