We booked a family room and stayed at this hotel for just one night. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Royal Palace and the river side. This helps you save money on tuk tuk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the toilets were stinking. Maybe there is a problem with the drainage system in the hotel. Also, our room was on the third floor. But the elevator did not stop there. We had to get down in the 4th level and climb up/down.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I loved their scrambled egg. It was perfectly made.

If you are going to the airport, do not book the taxi service from the hotel. You can get a tuk tuk right outside the hotel for $5 (after negotiation). If the tuk tuk drivers do not agree for $5, just start walking down the road towards the other tuk tuks. Once they see you leaving, they will definitely call you back and agree for $5. You just need to act confident about the price.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. But we felt that the price was on the higher side for Cambodian standards (especially since we paid only 75% of the price for a similar room in Siem Reap).

Room Tip: 3rd floor does not have elevator access.

Well, this was a great surprise. Big rooms, well designed and with all the amenities that you may need (fridge, flat screen tv...), excellent staff, a small travel agency in the lobby, and excellent buffet. Not to mention 2 swimming pools !

The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They were there for every little request. I started off on a bad note when I had arranged an airport pick up by the hotel, and they failed to show up. I took a taxi which was not too difficult, but when I spoke to the manager he blamed someone else. Ultimately it was his responsibility. I asked for and received a room upgrade and a free lunch.

The breakfast was good, not a buffet, but a set menu. You had choices of Asian or Western food. It was good. For lunch one day I had the onion soup which was excellent.

The room (upgraded) was nothing special. It was very clean and well maintained. It had a nice little balcony. It was a very basic room. The construction of the hotel was a poor quality in the construction. The AC worked great in the rooms.

They arranged a car for a days tour with an English speaking guide who was good ($50.00 for the day for an air conditioned car).

It was in a great location. With a block or two were a lot of little restaurants to eat. After a long, hot day of sightseeing it was nice to to have to go far to get dinner. It was a short tuk tuk ride from the center of town.

I would stay here again, but if I found something else at as good a price or better, I would move on.

Though it looked like a tacky from the outside, it was a nice - optimally priced and excellent location. There"s everything you might need in the vicinity. All your tourist attractions are just a 10 min walk away. The staff is trained and courteous and always went out of their way to help.

Perfect location, great staff and spacious rooms. On arrival I was greeted with a drink and a cold towel to cool off from the heat outside. My room was upgraded as well which was a nice surprise as I only booked it online the day before. There are two pools. The rooftop pool and bar is such a lovely location and the restaurant on the ground level is great and also has a pool beside it. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I can not fault this hotel and I would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a very nice experience. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, swimming pools and a good breakfast. The hotel is situated near the Royal Palace and the riverfront area. We are so satisfied and will highly recommend the hotel.

We had a fantastic time here! The room was airy and comfortable with a huge bathroom, minibar and balcony. An extra balcony door provided soundproofing from the noise of the Phnom Penh streets. The staff were quick to provide anything needed from tuk tuks to information about the city. When I found some of my favorite flowers at the central market and brought them back to the hotel, one of the staff had a vase for me in under 60 seconds. We would certainly stay here again!

Room Tip: There are pool view rooms that looked very nice.
