Fresh food, pastries and ice-cream. A choice of seating in deep sofas and low tables on top or traditional cafe chairs and table. All in modern shining white. The deep sofas are nice to rest and cat forever. Good views over the river.
They also have a branch in Monument Bookstore on .norodom Boulevard. It is a bit smaller and not so nice (no view) but good as well. There is also a branch in Siem Reab.

helpful and kind staff, great choice of food, drinks and ice creams, also wonderful cakes!
Free wifi, and an area with sofas and cushions for reading, laptops, etc
Also small balcony area, but on a hot day the cool restaurant is ideal

Maybe our expectations were set too high after hearing others rave about the food here. The food was good but nothing exceptional. We found it expensive for what it was. Having said that we did go back our second time in the city as well because it was handy and we knew what to expect and it would be quick. Both times, the service was a bit lacking. The staff just seem to stand around and then stare at you - i think as a result of limited English. They don't welcome you or explain the system in the store for getting your food, even if you stand for a couple of minutes to figure it out. We didn't see the trays at the far end of the food when we first walked in, and then looked for a plate or napkin or something but it was the tray we were to use and the staff never said a word to us even though we were the only ones in there and they just watched us try to figure it out. The getting in and out of the store guarantees you a walk through a few beggars as this is a place that only foreigners seem to frequent. But other than that the inside setting feels fresh and bright, and it is a quick place to grab a snack so you don't have to sit and wait for restaurant service.

Clean, bright, modern decor. Good little patisserie downstairs and snackeria upstairs, well air-conditioned. A good relief after a hot day around town.

We came here looking for a bakery (downstairs) and found the stairs at the back which led to a little pocket of airconditioned paradise overlooking the Mekong. Great big fluffy couches, beautiful real milk shakes and good food and service turned our quick drop in into a 2 hour visit. Would recommend to anyone.
