Le Pleine Lune is a small place with a couple of tables inside and 3-4 more outside just back from the footpath. There are enough plants around to make it feel like you are in a restaurant and not right on the road.
The menu if French (steak, frogs legs, chicken in creamy sauce etc) and generic Asian (noodles, fried rice) and a daily special was offered which 2 of us had - a huge portion of chicken. My steak was cooked to perfection and pepper sauce very good. The frogs legs were peeled (rare in Cambodia) and large. Meals are mostly under $10
The wines available are reasonable - only marked up about 50% from supermarket prices.
All in all very good food and nice atmosphere. Will go back.
