“We highly recommend Phoceamekong cruises”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

We booked a dinner cruise and didn't regret it at all. We really got more than expected. Miss Nasy, the "captain" of the ship is a very agreeable person who pays attention to all passengers and makes sure everything runs smoothly. And David is a master in preparing cocktails; we recommend the Phoceamekong cocktail. Don't forget that all drinks are included in the very reasonable price! It became a real feast when the food was served: delicious bbq (shrimp, chicken , pork), mixed veggies and pasta all in abundance. If you're vegetarian or have other special meal request, they'll cater for you with pleasure (dixit Nasy). Oh, yeah, and the boat trip was wonderful; we navigated down the Tonlé sap river, up the Mekong river and enjoyed the picturesque views along the borders. Needless to say that i highly recommend this marvelous excursion.

“Pochea Mekong should be in the top 5!”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

We had such an amazing time on board Puchea Mekong, it was part of our tour with Mango Cambodia. We booked for a bbq dinner cruise. We had not such good luck as we boarded the board it started to rain heavily. We were greeted by the he boat manager, Nasy. She was attentive, warm and friendly. The food was amazing. She made sure we had enough food and drinks. Nasy was made sure that we were comfortable, told us stories of Tonle Sap, Mekong River, etc. There is not enough nice things I can say about her.

Book now for the good food and good company. I would definitely recommend Pochea Mekong to everyone!

“Finally - I got to go!”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

My company organizes tours for visitors to Phnom Penh. We love to start off their experience with the sunset dinner cruise on the Phocea Mekong. The feedback is consistently very good about high quality food, free flow drinks and the wonderful staff. It was my own first time recently to experience their hospitality when we reserved the whole boat for a larger group. I could not have been more pleased by the experience. Our visitors (24 people) each found it a wonderful start/introduction to the city and country. It was a relaxing, enjoyable afternoon/evening. There is enough room to move around and try different vantage points. Cover in case of rain.....or for the sun (!) and comfortable seating. Usually, we have 2-6 travelers and even though others may be on the boat, it is still an individualized experience. On this particular trip, we wanted to make a stop to walk around on one of the islands. The team worked with us in advance to make sure we selected the best option since the water level was so high. We prefer to pay for quality, physical and food safety....and thus find Phocea Mekong a wonderful option!!!!! I am looking forward to my next opportunity!

“My Favourite Activity in Phnom Penh”
Reviewed October 20, 2013 via mobile

A sunset cruise on the Tonle Sap river to the junction with the Mekong is perhaps the most pleasant thing you can do in Phnom Penh. It cruises past the Royal Palace which provides for some attractive photo opportunities as the sun sets behind.

At that time of the day there is usually a cool breeze coming off the river and the cruise boats are stable and slow moving to satisfy those with even the weakest of sea legs.

At US$5 per person this is the best way to spend an hour in Phnom Penh I can think of and if I had stayed longer I would have done this more than once.
