People watching is great here and everyone's chilling out.
There's an outdoor gym area - and people were using it plus roller- bladders and an hug aerobics class. Fascinating, and at the end... The Night Market! All good.
Lots of shops, bars and eateries as well including the FCC.

We took a cheap river cruise down the Tonlesap river past the Royal Palace to its junction with the mighty Mekong, turned up-stream to see the fishing families anchored on the river bank. We also had lunch at Titanic restaurant - see separate review. A good place to visit.

No visit to Phnom Penh would be complete without a stroll along Sisowath Quay. Between the Royal Palace in the south to the Passenger Port in the North (street 102), There are many interesting shops to visit, and lots of quality bars / restaurants selling a wide variety of foods, all with delightful views overlooking the Tonle Sap River. A great place just to sit back, and take in the atmosphere of Cambodian life along the river.

Lovely scenery whether you want a cooling night stroll or cloudy daytime photo. Watch local people hangout here, enjoy the view of the boats, kids and food sellers along the way. Great way to spend the evening after dinner, after the malls and markets have closed for the day. Lots of cafes and restaurants across the road too.
