Nice hotel with nice helpful staff! Breakfast could be better but rooms are ok. Clean and quiet hotel not far from the downtown. Wifi works good. They should put new toilet paper when they set the room for new customer. We was a group and almost in every room toilet paper was finish. Anyway the staff is ready to help customer for every problem.

Meant to stay here 3 nights, but when we arrived we were informed the hotel was overbooked. Having travelled all day and my boyfriend with an upset stomach this was quite an inconvenience!!!!
They put us up in their nearby hotel "go in"; we preferred another 2 they'd shown us but we were told were fully booked.
Of the 2 nights we did stay at the saline, the staff were very friendly; our room was upgraded and had good facilities & lovely bathroom.
The location though, although it's close to the Olympic stadium & S21 prison, it's a 20 min walk to the centre and nearby there aren't any recommended restaurants. They do have a restaurant on 10th floor; we ate there one night and it was okay. (had to ask to get some of the food reheated, as it was cold when it arrived at the table.
Breakfast was quite small; toast.... the rest was Asian food (noodles etc); best to eat before 8am when things start to run out.

At this wonderful hotel. I know it may seem to eager to write this now but the signs are so good I wanted to share asap!
We have a fab room 604 with incredible views of the city. We were greeted by a really nice team of people and made to feel very special right away. We ate delicious food served by some really nice waitresses on the 10th floor. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in P P I would def recommend the Salita

PROS: The hotel was very clean, the shower was hot (low water pressure) the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well. CONS: the hotel wasn't near anything so it was difficult to find food and even a tuk-tuk at times, the hotel staff wasn't useful at all with helping us find food, get a driver, anything. The answer was always "go to the main road" but to find decent looking food, we walked 20 mins. The breakfast was severely lacking, both days we ate there (early and late) there was hardly any food and what was there had been sitting in the warmer far too long. After 2 nights we moved to a hotel on the riverfront, it was better for us as it was the tourist hub and we were able to find food and drivers easily.

I stay here for 2 days. The registration process is so convenient. They just ask proof of payment (Which i purchase from air asia go) and passport. I make short local call out from receptionist desk for free. All staff here are friendly. The security guard open your car door and take luggage, just like 5 star hotel. They never ask for tips but i just gave it away.

The breakfast are free at highest floor. But I am only eat bread, dragon fruit and fresh orange because they serve non-halal food. For muslim, I advice you please bring your own food for breakfast because there is no halal food restaurant nearby hotel.

The room are convenience. For room priced USD30 that also have tub bath, hot water, towel, comb, soap, shampoo, slippers, hair drier safety box, fridge with many beverage inside, kettle and coffee, that is so bargain. You cant find this kind of hotel at this price in Malaysia.

Wifi also free and you can access from your room. It is hotspot and receptionist will gave you password during check in. There also have 2 desktop at lobby and you can surf internet there

Dont worry about transport. There always have tuk tuk (local taxi) in front of these hotel. Dont forget to bargain every trip. They usually ask 5 dollar every trip but I manage to get 2 dollar only from hotel to national monument

We’ve stayed in many hotels around South East Asia, and it was a surprise that Cambodia had the best one!

We love a bargain, so price was of the essence, and the Salita was keenly placed for us to get into the city centre and to the Mehkong River without needing taxis or tuk-tuks. We prefer to walk around when we’re visiting new countries to us, and although it can be a little scary with the motorbikes and tuk-tuks zipping around you, it’s the best way to get a feel for the area.
The hotel is remarkable. There’s no two ways about it. Usually when you check all of the images online you’re disappointed when you get there, but the Salita offered us the opposite feeling. It was grand, opulent, the staff were incredibly friendly and the whole feel of the hotel was modern, bright and clean. Remember, this is a city that has severe poverty and yet you’d never believe it once you pass through the lobby.

We arrived on the night so dropped our bags off in the well-appointed room, which was super-clean, smelt nice and had good storage space. A large wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and a place for your bags, and plenty of room to walk around in. The bathroom was again very large, with a huge counter for your ‘stuff’ and the shower had very good pressure. The main reason we chose the Salita was the price and the roof garden, which was decorated in a Balinese style. The tropical plants were home to some interesting creatures, but the outdoor seating was comfy and the staff were on-hand with new drinks before you’d even swallowed the last.
There was a two-for-one offer on the drinks too, which were very cheap anyway, so it was easy to relax after the flight. The views from the roof garden over the city at night were incredible. I’d go back there again just for the view.

We stayed for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of our stay, each one was cooked very well and very affordable. The morning noodle soup was a particular favourite. The staff were very attentive and pleasant.

Top marks to the team at the Salita Hotel…and I’m a difficult one to please!

We have stayed in the Salita Hotel for just one night. It was part of the tour program from Saigon Tourist. So we didn't book the hotel directly.
The Hotel is clean and it makes a relatively new impression. Check in took only 5 minutes even with a big group.
The breakfast was a bit small but the choice of food was ok ; a mix of western and Vietnamese food. It takes around 15 min with a tuk tuk to the city center and the main tourist attractions.
