The hotel is centrally located on Street 174, and is within walking distance to the nightlife area of Street 51. In fact, the Walkabout Pub is just around the corner, less than 10 metres away! Other places of interest within walking distance from the hotel is the Central Market (Phasar Thmey), the National Museum, the Royal Palace, and the Riverfront.

The hotel is new, and as it was opened about 2 years ago. The bed is good, and the rain shower in the bathroom is excellent. Stayed for 3 nights in May 2012 at USD42-00 per night for the Deluxe Double room. Although free breakfast was thrown in, it was very basic. You'll have to pay for a second helping of a cup of coffee! In addition, no electrical kettle was provided in the room. However, staff were very courteous and helpful.

In my honest opinion, the hotel has priced itself out of the competition. Notwithstanding the plus points mentioned above, you could get a better value-for-money hotel nearby. I would not stay in the hotel again unless rooms in all hotels in Phnom Penh are fully booked.

This hotel is newly opened and the fittings are top notch. The beds and the showers are especially excellent. The downside is the design of the original building which has so few windows so most rooms seem to have no outlook.

Well - this Hotel was not great -but was not terrible either.. It was not our first choice and although it was clean and breakfast was nice. It was quite expensive for what you got. We where in a standard room with a very tiny window. The bed was very hard and the the hotel was quite a walk away from any main interest areas. We probably would not consider staying at this place again for the price we payed. There are a few other places which offer better value for money.

We had two stays at this hotel. Both times our room was at the front on the first floor in a Superior Balcony room. It was a clean hotel. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included. Not a bad choice and quite reasonable. There are always tuk tuks out front to get around. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to Sisowath Quay restaurant area. Easy walk to the market and the Museum and Royal Palace area. Good place a reasonable rates. Would stay again. Only thing is there is a bar next door (same owners) and noise can be heard occasionally during the night.

Room Tip: Maybe a room at the back would be less noisy.
