Upstairs to this ye olde style restaurant/bar on the capital's vibrant riverfront. Despite only opening in 1993, the worldly feel and retro colonial ambience give it a more upmarket atmosphere than you'll find in most establishments along the strip - with prices slightly higher to match. I didn't try the food but settled for a balcony view, sunsetting on the Tonle Sap river and a couple of stiff G&Ts whilst musing on the brave journalists who frequented the place whilst Pol Pot made his last stand in the North. Would recommend a Happy Hour spent here.
