This is a decent expat bar where you can get a good variety of alcoholic beverages and people from some parts of the States will doubtless be reminded of home by the Americana, Confederate flags, cutesy signs and so on. But the reason we came was to have Mexican food. The soft tacos we had were quite decent but at $5.50 for a couple of tacos you can do better for your money in this town. Of course if you have a hankering for tacos precisely, you can't get them too many places, but this is only a good eating out option if you want Mexican in particular. And even on that note, we had better Mex in Sihaoukville and Siem Reap. It isn't exactly a great dining area either as there are just a couple of tables in the same room as the bar. Still, didn't mind hearing the rock soundtrack. Basically this is an average option only for us.
