This guest house offers lockable drawers in each room. However, they failed to mention that housekeeping has keys to these drawers. When we confronted them about the $250 dollars that was missing they said. "we are rich. we don't need your small money." The rooms are ok, but for $20 bucks a night, you can do much better.

Noura was great for the price! Nicely decorated rooms, soft beds, more modern bathrooms than most budget hotels in the area, free wifi and pleasant staff. Noura was close to a the river but a much better deal than the overpriced riverfront hotels. Decent little cafe downstairs, although breakfast isn't included in the price.

The only negative I can think of was that it cigarette smoke would come up through the bathroom vents, but the main room was odor-free when the door was shut.

as the riverside hotel is still under renovations i allowed myself, for the first time ever,to be taken to accommodation of my tuk tuk driver. what a pleasant suprise the noura motel( its new name) turned out to be..the rooms are newly renovated, good matresses, improved bathrooms, mini fridge,a/c,fan and tv;all for $30..cheaper older rooms may still be available..you can see the royal palace from your room..the owner has best travel stall in phnom penh located across street on the footpath..reliable dvd store only 40 metres away on opposite side of street towards sisworth boulevade..breakfast(included) average ,but you can always get tuk tuk ($1) to the "fizz"restaurant.owner most helpful and the big plus is that if you book bus to your next destination through his travel store, you are provided free tuk tuk to bus depot.if you want something priced between the billabong and the sleeze of siswoth blvd, this could be the place..
