This is one of the best places I have ever been in Phnom Penh when it comes to the decor and ambiance.
The staff was attentive from the first minute we came, till we left. They have a wide list of wine and also a creative cocktail menu. The Tuna was amazing, I also had the seafood salpicon with an avocado cream and banana chips.
Very nice meals, though not huge portions to me they were the perfect size.

Thank Taylor N

its worth going just for the duck magret with foie gras mousse. absolutely delicious. really great food. odd portion sizes sometimes (e.g small pasta dish as main course, but then prawn cocktail starter comes with a boat load of noodles) but all in all a really special meal, not overly expensive and in a stunning building.

Fantastic Old World Chinese decor, brilliant mix of Latin and Asian cuisine in a modern restaurant. Beautiful art work on the walls, good service, and the best of food. What more can you ask for? Did I mention they mix a great mojito?

Beautifully renovated old merchant house. Lovely mix of old and new with striking modern photography and art on the walls, contrasting with the polished teak and dark red interior.

Ceviche and salmon sashimi mouthwatering starters. Paella negra delicious and an interesting change from Asian/Khmer flavours.

Great bottle of red wine and overall very reasonably priced meal for the quality of food, setting and service. Recommend having a digestif downstairs in the bar.

Restaurant located quite far up the quay, there is nothing really around this restaurant but it is absolutely worth making a trip!

First impressions count. Walking into the buzzy bar downstairs at the Chinese house to a friendly greeting from staff was instantly welcoming. Beautiful tiles; silk lanterns and lounging sofas made for a stylish and relaxed vibe. The restaurant upstairs was equally elegant - high ceilings, dark wood floors, and hangings to create intimate dining areas in a large room.

Most impressive though was the food. A top notch ceviche and sashimi to start followed by paella negra, washed down with a good but reasonably priced wine. Gorgeous flavours, stunningly presented and attentive, competent service.

Prices to me seemed totally reasonable for this quality and overall experience but diners hopefully would not expect this to be at back packer price levels. Starters were around 7 or 8 dollars and mains from around 12 upwards. The water is always more than you expect - spent half the amount of a bottle of wine on water alone! The bar downstairs is well stocked with an interesting photo exhibition.

This place is far up the Sisowath Quay and there is not much around it - keep going and you will spot it. Very much worth it.
