“OK, but better options available”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2014

We used this restaurant on the last night after a full day of quad biking, especially as it was opposite our hotel. We were looking forward to more Khmer cuisine especially after our positive experience at Bopha Phnom Penh (Titantic).
This restaurant was OK, but the service was slow some of the staff didn't really look like they wanted to be there and the food was not as nice as we've had over the past few days. The setting and gardens outside are very nice, with fans to assist with the comfort level.
The menu had many options all at OK prices (remember you are paying for restaurant dining) but the quality was a bit average. One in our group thought they saw a rat running from one garden to the next??? But there was nothing wrong with the food and no one got sick.
Overall, it was a handy option as our hotel was on the opposing corner but there are many better options available.

“Fabulous”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2014

We stopped here for lunch during our day in Phnom Penh. The restaurant was recommended by our guide and we had a lovely meal there. The service was really good and the food was brilliant. The restaurant itself is a lovely oasis in the city. We sat in the central (outside) courtyard.

“Good Mix of Traditional Khmer Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2014

A nice charming restaurant in the heart of the city. It's a ways from the backpacker crowd as well as the touts but the local expats know a good choice and are out in numbers. Try the Fish Amok for a real treat and top off the choices with fried noodles. You won't go wrong!

“Very Good Khmer Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 20, 2014

A lovely building with plenty of seating - which is needed because there are often coach parties enjoying the excellent food. Don't let that put you off though. The best seating is outside on the small garden patio and the service can easily cope with large numbers. There is an wide choice of delicious Khmer food and we have never been disappointed. can be recommended.
